Statistically speaking more than 40 million people in the U.S, or one in seven individuals, suffer from not enough or poor sleep.

Sleep Deprivation is known to cause:

When are problems with daytime sleepiness and tiredness during the day considered a sleep disorder?

A sleep disorder is when a person's sleep is chronically disturbed, frequently and over a long period of time.

Symptoms can include:       

• Difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep
• Difficulty staying awake during the day
• Sleepwalking
• Sleep-talking
• REM behavior disorder
• Nightmares
